As our National Guard health care organization expands to include academic education and research, our commitment to our patients will be stronger than ever. The expectations of our patients and society will also increase.

As per the decisions of the Health Affairs Council and the Regional Committees, and as outlined in the Strategic Plan of our organization, patient safety and satisfaction must always be our top priority. In order to achieve this goal, it is essential that all of us cooperate as a team to demonstrate proper communication skills while dealing with our precious patients.

I am sure that every one of us understands that the success of this prestigious organization cannot be realized without satisfying our patients and ensuring their maximum safety, in order to have full community back-up.
