The usual procedure for applying for tendering has been
changed! Now a Product Prequalification Evaluation will be announced
before every tender, and a Certificate
of Approved Product will be issued for accepted product, where this
certificate is a prerequisite for applying for tender.
Penalty for Vendors’ Violation to NGHA
Policy
Please be
informed that the penalty charge imposed to vendors who violated the NGHA
policy has now increased from SR50 to SR500.
Therefore, effective 01 April 2008, the new penalty charge will be
implemented in all regions.
Furthermore, repetition of the same offense by vendors will again be reviewed
in the future and submit recommendations to increase the penalty charges.
