1.      Check the Calendar for schedule of courses/workshops

2.      Call the numbers stated in the course/workshop information to inquire availability of seats.

3.      Fill up Registration form and fax to 2520088 ext. 47168

4.      Confirm if the fax was received to the numbers stated in the course/workshop information.

5.      Once confirmation is made, kindly pay the fees and fax a copy of receipt again to ext.47168.
